What we collect
We collect your name, contact details, booking details (date, time, service type, mode), and any notes you provide.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use your information
To accept and manage bookings, take payments, send confirmations/receipts, provide support, and meet legal/record-keeping obligations.

Sharing
We use trusted service providers including Wix (website hosting), Stripe (payments), email and analytics tools. They may store data outside New Zealand.

Retention
Booking records are generally kept for up to 7 years for tax and auditing. We keep only what we need.
